In order to privatize the hotel, it is necessary to pay for the rooms even if the client does not use them because they cannot be sold to guests outside the event.
The exclusivity or privatization of the hotel is from 1:00 PM the day of the event to 9:00 AM the day after the event.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the hotel.
If the bride and groom are not paying for their guests' accommodations, they must acquire the contractual obligation that the 10 rooms will be reserved and paid for by their guests. * Any vacant rooms must be assumed by the bride and groom at full rate.
If the set-up needs to be started from the night before, the full house for the rooms of the night prior to the event must be paid for: (8,315,000 COP)*.
Children are allowed for private events and in group reservations of 10 adults or more.
The capacity of the facilities is a maximum of 300 people.

We allow the entrance of liquors in CORKAGE modality applying a 40% to the commercial value that we give to the bottle.
The corkage does not apply for events that do not privatize the hotel. The percentage of corkage is not is not negotiable.
Any additional service not mentioned above must be contracted externally by the client and/or the organizing company.

If you have flexibility of dates, and can plan the event on a date that falls between Monday and Thursday, we can give you a better price for the rental of the facilities for a weekday event.
