The Data we collect are: first and last name, personal address, personal telephone number, personal e-mail, copy of your official identification, number of the above mentioned official identification, nationality and credit or debit card number.
We do not collect data that reveals things that could give rise to discrimination, such as race or ethnicity, health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, trade union membership, political opinions, or sexual preference (“Sensitive Personal Data”).

3. Objectives

The Personal Data obtained is processed for the following purposes:
  1. Identify you as a customer and provide you with the service you need and request.
  2. Evaluate and improve the way we deliver our services.
  3. Charge for our services.
  4. The images and sounds captured by the video-surveillance cameras will be used for your safety, that of the people who visit us and that of our team.
  5. Provide your Personal Data to INVERSIONES MAR Y PLAYA S.A.S. in order to be contacted before or after your stay.
  6. Similar purposes, related and compatible with the above, in accordance with the Law.
You will have a period of five (5) days to express your refusal for the processing of your Personal Data for purposes that are not necessary, nor gave rise to the legal relationship.

Your Personal Data will not be transferred, except with your express consent. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may transfer your Data, even without your consent, in the cases provided for by the Law, the Regulations, and the Guidelines.

You have the right to request access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of your Personal Data. This period may be extended for up to another 30 (thirty) business days as long as there is a justified cause and the holder is notified.
